Request and confirmation

Submitting reserves the requested time in this booking system while Simon reviews it. It does not confirm an appointment. Simon checks availability in Dapple separately. Please wait for an approval email before attending. If you do not receive an update, contact the clinic.

Fees and suitability

The displayed fee relates to the selected service. No payment or deposit is collected through this site. Additional treatment, medicines, pathology or other services may carry separate costs, which will be discussed before you agree. Medicare eligibility and benefits depend on the consultation and your circumstances; a rebate is not guaranteed.

A booking does not guarantee a prescription, treatment or clinical outcome. Suitability is assessed during consultation, and treatment consent is obtained separately. Treatment appointments are in person and intended for patients with an agreed plan. If unsure, choose an initial consultation or contact Simon.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel, contact simon@savustudio.com.au or 0494 620 125 as soon as possible. Online self-cancellation is not currently available. The site does not collect or impose a cancellation or no-show fee. Any proposed future policy will be communicated before it applies.

Location and telehealth

Times are shown in Australia/Sydney time, including daylight saving. In-person appointments are at Savu Studio, inside The Derm Clinic, Level 1, Suite 15, 11–13 Pearl Street, Kingscliff. Telehealth connection details will be arranged separately. Please use a private space and reliable connection.

Your details and notifications

Use accurate contact details for live bookings. Appointment emails cover requests, approvals and cancellations. Check spam folders and contact the clinic if you need help. See the privacy notice for information handling. Booking acknowledgement is not consent to a medical procedure.

This service is not monitored for emergencies. Call 000 in an emergency. Contact an appropriate urgent-care service for urgent symptoms.
